Us group of 4 came at 1.10pm on a Saturday. There were 8 groups in front of us. Ordered while in queue and total wait time about 30mins before we our table and food. I must say the queuing system is pretty efficient. Chicken was very good though we had better rice elsewhere. Service was fast and no frills. Ginger sauce was excellent. Must order the chicken feet - seasoning was on point. Will be back.

Beat the crowd to reach before 11.30am and so glad there was no queue. Tried both their dry and soup hor fun, the dry version turns out as my personal fave. Delicious meal overall, above average Ipoh Hor Fun. Still a salty meal though...

We arrived at 210pm and surprised to see a Q. Glad that we waited as the food is worth the wait. We ordered Kampung Chicken, the chicken texture is nice. Hor fun is very smooth like jelly, the broth is flavorful. Love the chicken feet that it has the collagen like texture and well braised. This meal cost us RM72 for 4ppl, it's good value for money.

The kampung or free range chicken was delicious, flavorful and tasty. We ordered a whole chicken plus the famous Ipoh bean sprouts and pork and fish ball. We also ordered a side dish of braised chicken feet and were pleasantly surprised at how delightfully tasty it was. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely return.

I must say - the food here is fabulous. Prices are reasonable. Have ordered kampung chicken - surprisingly its not that tough, the taste and balance is good. Chicken feet is heavenly - collagen just slip off, and is well braised. Fishballs are springy, with tell tale signs of a handmade fishball. A little letdown is the beansprout - can taste it raw even with soya sauce.

The chili sauce and ginger paste are super ginger-y. If you love ginger, this is the chicken rice for you. Rice is not dry and well seasoned with a good big portion. However not much chicken if you order normal chicken rice. The bean sprouts texture got that CRONCH. excellent taugeh

Food was good but nothing special. Was a bit too oily for my taste. We had steamed chicken, meat/fish balls, noodle soup, rice and both the veggie options. Long queue but it moved very fast! Don’t be discouraged when you arrive.

I passed by this restaurant and thought of giving it a go especially after seeing how crowded and was featured on some of the travel & food vloggers videos. I really enjoyed my meal here and here are my highlights: - It was close to a half hour wait in a queue. All patrons will in queue are to write 4 random numbers, which the staff will call out when a table is available. The staff also will provide a menu to see what you may be interested to order. - Order is placed with the staff. - We had half a kampung chicken without any rice or noodles. The chicken is truly tasty with a nice firm succulent texture. It was very enjoyable and good on its own without needing rice or noodles. The chicken didnt have too much fatty bits, which was very nice to have. The sauce is tasty and different to some of the other chicken places i have tried in Ipoh. - The ginger and chilli condiments were delish. Chilli had the right heat and the ginger was fragrant with a good level of gingery heat too. - Ths bean sprouts was a nice complement. - They keep the restaurant sufficiently cool with the air conditioner that even with a full restaurant it neither felt stuffy or warm. A big plus for me. - Cash is accepted. Not sure bout other forms of payment. This is a place I would recommend for good Ipoh style chicken.
